Day 1: Prague

After arrival to Prague airport, private transfer to Prague hotel. Check-in at the hotel and at leisure.

In the afternoon enjoy visit to beer gardens:

• Beer Gardens Selection in Prague: Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden, Prague’s Premier Beer Garden with Zemský On Tap; Pivovar Národní, A New Microbrewery in Central Prague; Pivovar Hostivar: From the first sip of a bottle bought at a local beer shop; Pivovar Hostivar struck our taste buds as a must visit. The beer is incredibly fresh.; Letná Beer Garden: With arguably the best view of Prague, Letná Beer Garden is a green, leafy oasis perfect for enjoying a beer in nice weather.

Day 2: Prague Main attractions and Prague Food Tour

Guided Small Group Tour of Prague main attractions: In the morning, you look out over Prague and immediately understand its nickname “city of 1,000 spires.” The skyline contains 1,100 years of history, filled with domed churches and old towers.

A blend of architectural styles decorates the entire city, from its narrow Gothic lanes to its Baroque palaces, Renaissance bridges, and Art Nouveau cafes. On the opposite side of the Vltava River, you can see Prague Castle casting a dramatic image overlooking the cityscape. Your guide meets you at the hotel and leads you through the meandering cobblestone alleyways of the old city.

Day 3: Prague Castle Hradcany and Golden Lane & Prague’s top microbreweries tour

Sightseeing with private guide of Prague Castle (3hrs) and walk to Golden Street. Castle, most beautiful part of the city is situated in the historic center of Prague, it is the largest castle complex in the world and UNESCO World Heritage site. In the neighbourhood surrounding the castle, find Nový Svět, or New World Street. This small locale has always been a magnet for artists and is a real gem with its walled streets, small houses, art galleries and old street lights. Go to Hradčanské Náměstí, or Hradčanské Square by several imposing palaces, including the Archbishop’s Palace, the Martinicky Palace, the Schwarzenberg Palace and the Tuscany Palace.

And do not forget to enjoy the Golden Lane (Czech: Zlatá ulička). It is a street situated in Prague Castle area, originally built in the 16th century. Many of the houses are now souvenir shops, and there is a museum of medieval armoury within the former 14th-century fortification accessible from Golden Lane.

Day 4 – Plzen with biggest brewery in the world, Pilsner Urquell Brewery

Full day trip dedicated to beer and glass making. Morning drive to Plzen and visit one of the biggest brewery in the world, Pilsner Urquell Brewery. Visit brewery’s museum & learn the history of Pilsner Brewery. If you want you can also visit Pilsen underground city.

Continue the tour in Nizbor with Bohemia glass factory, learn the history of Bohemian glassware and purchase glassware at discounted prices. Return back to Prague.

Day 5 – Some history: Cesky Krumlov – Salzburg

Private transfer from Prague via historic Krumlov to Salzburg, the Mozart town.

En-route stop in Češke Budejovice and Krumlov: Tour to Češke Budejovice where famous Budweiser beer is being brewed. With a population of almost 100,000 people, České Budějovice is the largest city in South Bohemia. For foreign visitors it’s often considered merely a stepping stone on the way to smaller but more famous Český Krumlov 28km to the south, but České Budějovice is an interesting and diverse destination in its own right. Beside Famous Budweiser brewery, town boast with numerous other attractions, such as Old city walls by the river, main square and fountain, Church of St. Nicholas with 72 meters high Black Tower just by the church.

Continue to picturesque, historical UNESCO Cešky Krumlov. Situated on the banks of the Vltava river, the town was built around a 13th-century castle with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements. Krumlov is an outstanding example of a small central European medieval town whose architectural heritage has remained intact thanks to its peaceful evolution over more than five centuries. Guided tour of Krumlov where you will try local Krumlov Beer. Continue to Salzburg, after arrival to Salzburg, check-in and at leisure.

Day 6 – Salzburg – Augustiner Brewery – Following the footsteps of Malt & Hops of the Augustiner Brewery

In the morning guided tour of Salzburg. Capital of the province of the same name, Salzburg, in northwest Austria, is one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, both for its architecture and for its magnificent setting. This picturesque city stretches along both banks of the River Salzach, as it emerges from the Salzburg Alps into lower land dominated by the 1,853-meter Untersberg. The romantic Old Town is a compact neighbourhood of narrow medieval streets and arcaded courtyards that are fun to explore, as are the spacious squares of the residential area between the Neutor and the Neugebäude districts. Salzburg enjoys a special fame in the world of music as the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, reflected in attractions such as the museum in his family home, various festivals showcasing his music, and even the melodies that ring out daily on the glockenspiel.

In the afternoon visit the Augustiner Brewery – Following the footsteps of Malt & Hops: The Augustiner Brewery in Salzburg Mülln was founded by Augustinian monks in 1621. The beer has continued to be brewed according to the traditional recipe, and is done so largely by hand, even to this day. We have a very special offer for our friends with special interest in a taste for hops! Our beer brewer is available for a behind the scenes tours through our brewery – a living brewing museum. For a special tour through the “Path of Beer” – from the brewery to the bottling cellar.

Day 7 – Salzburg – Visit the Stiegl, one of the oldest private breweries 

Visit Stiegl, the Austria’s leading and one of the oldest private breweries: Tour of the Stiegl Brauwelt and Tour through the Production, combined by beer tasting and beer crackers. The high beer quality is succeeded because of use nothing but the best locally-sourced ingredients.

Day 8  Salzburg – Chiemsee Lake and typical Bavarian culinary day on Women’s Island – Munich

After breakfast train transfer towards Munich.

En-route, visit Chiemsee Lake with two great islands: Visit Herrenchiemsee Island (or Men’s island) with Palace – a fairytale refuge for the fairytale king, modeled after the Palace of Versailles by King Ludwig II. Escape to an island in Lake Chiemsee, Bavaria’s largest lake, for a tour of the king’s final and most expensive castle.

Continue to another like a fairytale island: the smaller Fraueninsel, or Women’s Island with the 8th- century Benedictine convent with its Gothic bell tower is fantastic place to enjoy some typical culinary delights of the island, Bavarian beer, numerous souvenir hand-made craft shops and cute Bavarian houses.

Train transfer further to Munich, check-in at the hotel and at leisure.

Day 9 – Munich: Dachau Concentration Camp and Munich Beer Tour

After breakfast drive to Dachau Concentration Camp. The Camp was the first of its kind opened in Germany by the Nazi government in 1933, and it served as a model for later concentration camps. Designed to hold Jews, political prisoners, and other “undesirables,” the camp is now a memorial to the more than 40,000 people who died and over 200,000 who were imprisoned here during the Nazi regime. The memorial was established in 1965, 20 years after Dachau was liberated by American forces.

At 6.00 pm in the afternoon enjoy the Munich Beer Tour: Experience Munich’s beer culture. Day 10 – Day trip to Fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle on German Romantic Road and Farewell Hofbrauhaus Dinner with beer

Whole Day Trip from Munich (min.duration: around 7-8 hrs): Visit Fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle: Today Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe. Every year 1.4 million people visit “the castle of the fairy-tale king”. In the summer around 6,000 visitors a day stream through rooms that were intended for a single inhabitant.
The setting of Neuschwanstein could not be more idyllic. However, movement in the foundation area has to be continuously monitored, and the sheer rock walls must be repeatedly secured.
