Drive to Pokljuka Plateau above Bled and learn more about Alpine herbs. Meet the last full-time herdsman, Mr. Lojz who still lives there in old, traditional way.
Get acquainted with him and experience real Alpine culinary. Try his great dried sausages, cheese, lard and spirit, while enjoying in stunning panorama of Triglav, Slovenian highest peak.
And be ready, Lojz is really special man, so expect to drink with him couple of cups of home-made schnapps.
