Departure from Ljubljana at 12.00. Arrival to small village in Slovenian Istria and meeting up with local professional truffle hunter and his dog, which will help us to find real truffles. After hunting follows great truffle tasting, with excellent home made truffle products and “fuži” with truffles, typical home made Istrian pasta, . All the food is rounded up with renowned Slovenian wines. In the evening return back to Ljubljana.
