Stop in medieval town of Stanjel, which is under Unesco heritage. The features of the Stanjel are narrow streets with houses built from a stone bricks. Characteristics of houses are stonecutting products as stone made gutter, stone portals, wells... In Stanjel castle visit of enoteque and tasting of typical wines (Teran) from this area.

Wine tasting in Stanjel includes following wines:

* sauvignon

* cabarnet sauvignon

* muscato

* zelen (wine which comes from this region)

* rose

Head to Vipava valley where we visit true Slovenian farmers on their home. Landlord serves his home-made wine and home-made specialties - dried ham "prsut"  and cheese with home-made bread. If there is a season for cherries, we have opportunity to pick up cherries directly from the trees. Landlord also takes us to his vineyards. In the afternoon departure back to hotel.
