We are going to experience small part of former coastal people by showing you the contrast between tradition and modern. Trip starts in the Istria. World-renowned oil producer explain the secrets how to produce high-quality olive oil. We learn how to estimate appropriate ripeness of olives and way of picking them while they are mature. After olive oil tasting and deliciouns lunch in the vicinity of the olive plantage traditional saltpons will be presented and concluded with most renowned cactus garden in Slovenia.
